We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales or business development. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth while positioning Pixl as a trusted solutions partner in the UK market.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Pixl’s client base and delivering measurable growth.

βœ… Revenue Growth – Identify, pursue, and secure new business while maintaining healthy profit margins
βœ… Pipeline Management – Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
βœ… CRM Ownership – Accurately track activities, leads, and opportunities within the Pixl CRM
βœ… Client Relationships – Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing clients
βœ… Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
βœ… Opportunity Identification – Proactively research markets, sectors, and prospects
βœ… Market Awareness – Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
βœ… Brand Representation – Represent Pixl at networking events and industry functions
βœ… Additional Duties – Support wider sales and growth initiatives as required
