About the Role

Drive business growth by sourcing new clients, building strong relationships, and supporting recruitment delivery through effective client acquisition and account coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new clients through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and referrals
  • Pitch recruitment services to companies with active hiring requirements
  • Understand client needs and coordinate closely with the recruitment team for timely candidate delivery
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support performance reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (recruitment experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with HR professionals and decision-makers
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to manage reports and follow-ups
