About This Job
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients effectively, showcasing their value propositions.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that best meet client requirements when required.
Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
Work in a team to help achieve departmental goals.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
Stay updated with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline. Including researching and prospecting potential new customers.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus.
Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Possess good negotiation skills.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good command of the English language. Maltese language considered a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
In possession of a valid Driving License.
Meticulous and attentive to detail.
Have a keen interest in technology.
Appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
