We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in sales or business development. In this role, you’ll create and cultivate new business opportunities while fostering long-term client relationships to achieve revenue goals and drive EventEQ’s growth in the local market.
ð§ What Youâll Be Doing
As a Business Development Executive, youâll focus on expanding EventEQâs client base, managing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering measurable business growth.

Revenue Growth â Increase sales while maintaining profit margins by identifying, engaging, and developing new opportunities
â
Pipeline Management â Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals, sustain client relationships, and ensure satisfaction
â
CRM Management â Accurately track all sales activities, accounts, contacts, and opportunities within the EventEQ CRM
â
Collaboration â Partner with Account Executives and Account Representatives throughout the client engagement lifecycle
â
Opportunity Identification â Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing them to successful closure
â
Market Awareness â Monitor competitor activity and provide timely feedback to internal teams
â
Community Engagement â Represent EventEQ through membership in local organizations and associations
â
Additional Duties â Support business development efforts as assigned

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Expertise in lead generation, pipeline management, and opportunity analysis
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality
Ability to articulate technical and service-based solutions to clients
ð Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years experience in sales or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience in B2B or service-based industries preferred

This role involves office, warehouse, and on-site client interactions:
Office, warehouse, and event venue environments
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Travel up to 50%
