Job Description
Scope of work: Discovery and explore new business opportunities; Assess and define partnerships for potential business; Development business structure till handover to operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Find and collect information about potential business deals and analyze market strategies (15%)
- Support in developing and negotiating contracts (15%)
- Research information related to companys project, business industry to identify new trends and potential new markets (15%)
- Execute to make the site survey and land location study (15%)
- Manage the consultants and execute the activities related to the approval of the master plan, investment certificate, enterprise registration certificate (40%).
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture
English: Intermediate level up
3-4 years experience in land development field, project management related to real estate investment
Making, editing texts/documents sent to officials
Communication and presentation skill
Teamwork skill
Analytical thinking skill
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
AutoCAD (prefer)
