We are recruiting fora Business Development Directorto join ourBusiness Development Institutionalteamin Amsterdam, covering the Benelux(Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg)and Nordics(Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden) regions.
Ifyou’resomeone whoisentrepreneurial and enjoysbuilding relationships with investors, this isa great opportunityto join ahigh-performing2-person Benelux and Nordics Institutional team. Reporting into our Head of Benelux and Nordics Business Development (Institutional) you will help drive theroll-out of the commercial plan towards the top asset owners inourfive primary target markets (the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway,Swedenand Finland).

A bit about therole
You willexecuteourEMEA Institutional Sales strategy andhelpdevelopan actionable regional salesstrategy, contributingdirectly to increasedassets under managementand net revenue.
Implementthebusiness development plan for the region, leading togrowth of theassetsunder managementand net new revenues – working closely with the Head ofBenelux and Nordicsto execute on product and market opportunities
Represent client perspectives internally to enhance product development, while externally positioning Aviva Investors as a thought leader through industry engagement, marketing, and events
Maintain and enhance existing clientrelationships -leveragingthe CRM system and internal resources tooptimise client experiences
Support and lead client and prospectpitches andrepresentation of Aviva Investors at conferences and local industry events.
Ensure highly collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and sales colleagues, locally and globally
Skills and experiencewe’relooking for:
Deep understanding of institutional investor needs across pensions, insurancecompanies, and otherinstitutionalclient segments, withexpertisespanning investmentoperationaland regulatoryconsiderations.
Proven sales experience across both private and public markets
Strong knowledge of sustainable and impact investing, with the ability to align investment solutions to evolving clientobjectives
Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, witha track recordof buildingcommercial relationships,identifyingopportunities, and delivering revenue outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create bespoke solutions, navigate complex transactions, and collaborate effectively across internal and external partners;CFAor equivalentqualificationpreferred

The salary band for this position ranges from €110,000to €140,000 Please note that individual salary isdeterminedby factors such as job-related knowledge,skillsand experience, as well as internal equity.
