As Business Development Director, Global Alliances, you turn the potential of our strategic alliances into measurable business impact across the whole Group. You are the driving force that industrialises pipeline generation and partner commercial activation across every Keyrus country.
You identify and develop new business opportunities through the alliance ecosystem.
You industrialise pipeline-generation programmes at global scale.
You support countries in the commercial activation of partners.
You design and run multi-country campaigns and initiatives.
You measure and steer the business impact generated by alliances, with clear metrics.
You turn successes into reusable playbooks for country teams.
You have a strong bias for action and a proven sense of results at scale — execution is where you are at your best.
You know how to rally autonomous country teams around a shared programme.
You are comfortable using data to steer performance and prove impact.
You enjoy turning an opportunity into concrete commercial success.
You take ownership of operations end to end and follow through until the result is on the table.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, alliances, or international technology ecosystems.
Track record of industrialising pipeline-generation programmes at international scale.
Experience coordinating with multi-country sales teams.
A demonstrable track record of tangible commercial results — pipeline generated, deals closed, revenue growth you can directly attribute to your programmes.
Hands-on operational experience: you have run programmes end to end, not only designed them.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Fluent English is required.
Solid understanding of co-sell mechanics and partner activation.
Strong operational rigour: programme cadence, forecasting, reporting, and full accountability for the numbers.
Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Snowflake, Anthropic, ...).
Experience in a consulting or professional-services environment.
You turn strategy into a concrete operating programme.
