POSITION SUMMARY

We are building a senior team of strategic sellers who can convert complex supply-chain challenges into enterprise growth. This role owns a focused portfolio of approximately 20 strategic accounts and is accountable for developing executive relationships, creating qualified opportunities, and expanding customers across multiple service pillars.

This is not a traditional account-management position. The successful candidate will operate as a growth leader: finding whitespace, reaching economic buyers, aligning internal experts, and advancing sophisticated solutions from discovery through close.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Develop and execute account strategies for approximately 20 large-spend, multi-business-unit enterprise customers.
• Build 3–5 meaningful decision-maker relationships within each priority account, including VP and C-suite engagement.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell solutions across FTL/LTL, Dedicated, 3PL/Consolidation, and Warehousing.
• Create and advance a stage-gated pipeline with clear customer problems, economic buyers, value propositions, and next steps.
• Lead executive meetings, strategic reviews, and Tier-1 quarterly business reviews that convert performance insight into growth opportunities.
• Develop documented whitespace plans and coordinate solution design, pricing, operations, and implementation resources.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, activity history, forecasts, and account plans.
• Win new enterprise logos while expanding share of wallet within assigned strategic accounts.
• Drive success metrics including: $5M+ in annual growth, $20M in qualified pipeline (maintaining ~4x coverage), winning 2–3 new enterprise logos annually, ensuring 50%+ of assigned accounts buy from 2+ solution pillars, conducting 5+ customer meetings/week (2+ in-person/month), and completing quarterly strategic reviews for Tier-1 accounts.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Proven success selling complex transportation, logistics, managed services, or broader supply-chain solutions to enterprise customers.
• A track record of producing material net-new revenue and expanding large, complex accounts across business units and geographies.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage operational leaders, procurement, finance, and senior executives.
• Consultative discovery skills and the ability to translate business problems into multi-solution commercial strategies.
• Collaborative leadership across solutions, operations, pricing, implementation, and customer-success teams.
• The judgment to prioritize a focused account portfolio and the drive to personally create demand.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management capabilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This is a remote position, with a requirement for regular travel (~70%)
