Job Description

The Business Development Director will spearhead accelerated growth across the UAE. This role is designed for a market leader with the credibility, network, and strategic depth to expand market share, unlock new revenue streams, and position the company as a top-tier integrated consultancy partner across infrastructure and transportation.

  • Build and execute a UAE growth roadmap aligned with national development programs and infrastructure investment cycles.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across transport authorities, municipalities, sovereign-backed developers, and mega-development programs.
  • Drive early client engagement to influence procurement strategy and scope definition.
  • Expand presence in strategic frameworks and long-term master development programs.
  • Establish trusted relationships at C-suite and board level within target organizations.
  • Lead strategic account development plans for priority clients.
  • Act as the face of the organization in high-level negotiations and industry forums.
  • Position differentiated, value-led solutions that align with client transformation agendas.
  • Lead end-to-end capture lifecycle for high-value pursuits.
  • Develop aggressive and data-driven win strategies.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and define market counter-positioning.
  • Structure teaming strategies, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to maximize win.
  • Direct proposal governance, pricing strategy, executive messaging, and final submission approvals.
  • 15+ years of business development leadership within UAE.
  • Demonstrated record of winning major projects the UAE.
  • Established executive-level network across government and sovereign-linked entities.
  • Proven ability to influence procurement strategies and shape early-stage opportunities.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar pursuits in competitive environments.
  • Deep understanding of UAE procurement processes and evolving integrated consultancy models.
  • Strong executive communication skills and board-level presence.
