Business Development Director
Proactively identifies, develops, and secures new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives. Serves as a market-facing growth leader focused on opening doors, building relationships, uncovering project opportunities, and positioning the company early in the decision-making process. Acts as a bridge between market opportunity and operational execution.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field; or 7–15+ years of related experience in business development, strategic sales, construction sales, or project-based sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in signage, construction, architecture, development, hospitality, gaming, or retail branding preferred.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
This position requires a current driver's license.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities; however, this role is expected to lead cross-functionally by influencing Account Executives, Project Managers, Estimating, Engineering, Design, and Operations Leadership without direct authority.
