Established in 1960, Perimeter Aviation LP is a diversified company that is a subsidiary of the Exchange Income Corporation which has recently grown through the merger with Bearskin Airlines. With approximately 900 employees, we operate a fleet of 45+ aircraft including the Metro 2, 3, 23, Merlin and Dash 8 aircraft. We are based in Winnipeg and Thompson, Manitoba as well as Sioux Lookout, Timmins, Thunder Bay, and Toronto Ontario. We provide scheduled passenger and freight services to Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario, 24/7 North American charter services, Medical evacuation services and a full-service maintenance facility including design engineering, NDT, and Garrett turbine engine services.

Reporting to the Vice President of Network & Revenue Management, the Business Development Coordinator supports a range of commercial, customer, and operational initiatives across the organization.
The incumbent contributes to identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, customer outreach, and ongoing customer relationship management. This role supports initiatives that drive revenue growth while helping ensure customer opportunities are effectively coordinated and executed. Working with internal teams, the Business Development Coordinator helps advance business objectives and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Business Development Support
• Carry out sales/lead generation with scouting visits and customer outreach activities.
• Coordinate follow-up actions related to customer and partner discussions.
• Gather information required for charter proposals, customer requests, and business opportunities.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of company’s services and solutions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Support projects across departments.
Customer and Stakeholder Coordination
• Support relationship management activities across departments.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Assist with customer engagement initiatives and events.
Reporting and Administration
• Support the administration of programs, contracts, and agreements as required.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in CRM system.
Operations Support
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain information required to support customer requests.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and escalate issues, delays, or information gaps to the appropriate department lead to support timely resolution.
• Support departmental and organizational priorities as assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. Post secondary diploma/degree considered an asset.
• Experience in business development, sales, aviation, or customer service considered an asset.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
• Valid full driver's licence.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations.
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
• Available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support business and community engagement activities.
Working Conditions
