About This Role:
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the consultative selling of training solutions and services to new and existing clients within & beyond Malaysia - across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client training needs, and positioning how our products and services does not only meet client needs but also unleash individual potentials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new business leads and build good relationships with new client prospects
• Introduce, present and sell training solutions on personal effectiveness, change management, organizational leadership and communication skills to business prospects
• Interact with clients to assess and understand their human capital development needs, and match those needs with the solutions we offer
• Schedule appointments and hold business conversations with clients through both virtual channels and in-person
• Support client organizations and provide guidance about the HRDF process for training expenses claims
Requirements
What You Bring:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experi
ence in consultative selling & solution pitching, with a desire to pursue a rewarding
career and excel in a revenue-generating role
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Able to interact well with people at all levels, including C-suite level
• Keen to leverage further from professional skillsets and develop personal competencies in business development and sales
• Strong personal discipline, goal-driven, with a willingness to put in effort for lucrative reward
• Possess own car and comfortable with occasional travel
