Voor een van onze nieuwe klanten uit Maastricht binnen de assessments en opleidingen zoeken wij een Business Development Consultant (32-40 uur).
De functie:
Als Business Development Consultant ben jij het gezicht van deze organisatie. Jij weet verschillende bedrijven te enthousiasmeren voor de certificering en zorgt ervoor dat ze de voordelen van de tools ervaren. Je draagt bij aan de groei van het bedrijf door leads te genereren en deze om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Genereren van leads en het geven van demos aan potentiële klanten;
Het organiseren van de certificeringen en het begeleiden van deelnemers;
Het inzetten van online tools om bedrijven en teams te helpen;
Proactief bijdragen aan de marketinginspanningen.
Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een academisch werk- en denkniveau;
Je bent sterk in zowel analyse als communicatie;
Ervaring in psychologie of een commerciële achtergrond is een pré, maar geen must;
Je bent leergierig en staat open voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vakgebied van business development en organisatieadvies.
