Business Development Representative

Location: Cape Town, Gardens (In Office)

Salary: Basic R20 000 + uncapped Commission

The Legends Agency is a dynamic, fast-growing recruitment partner dedicated to sourcing top talent across South Africa. We are committed to delivering strategic staffing solutions, building long-term relationships, and providing exceptional service across diverse industries.

You will be responsible for making 100 calls per day to existing clients but also do cold calling to warm and cold leads. Your main objectives will be to get Job Specs from existing clients and get more clients for the 360-recruiter team.

This role is ideal for a driven hunter who thrives on generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development (Hunting)
• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients across South Africa.
• Build strong sales pipelines and consistently achieve new-business revenue targets.
• Contact existing clients on a rotation basis to get more Job Specs.

Experience

• Min. 3 years of experience in business development
• Experience with CRM and ATS
• Proven track record of hunting, winning, and growing new business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
