Position Title: Business Development, Bus&Truck
Location:Shanghai/Suzhou, China – Remote

Primary Responsibilities:
1. 制定并执行巴士与卡车市场业务的年度/季度销售目标、市场策略及行动计划；
2. 维护与重点客户及战略合作伙伴的高层关系。处理重大业务谈判与合同事宜，以提升客户满意度和忠诚度；
3. 与技术部门、技术服务部门协作，实现业务预算目标；
4. 负责实现销售关键绩效指标（销售收入、回款、市场份额）。通过数据分析监控业绩，识别差距，并实施改进措施以超越目标；
5. 提供可靠、以客户为中心的业绩表现。
MinimumRequirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业；
2. 5-10年巴士或卡车相关行业市场业务拓展经验，有粘合剂行业经验为佳；
3. 熟悉巴士或卡车相关行业客户资源，具有技术背景者优先；
4. 拥有达成销售增长目标的良好记录；
5. 具备较强的行业分析及整合能力；
6. 有强烈追求卓越的动力，以及具备价值销售的心态；
7. 具备团队合作精神，以及良好的人际关系和沟通能力；
8. 熟练的英语读写能力，口语突出者优先。
