About the Role
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey-both directly and indirectly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work to contribute in achieving team's goals and financial target
Provide quotation & advice to clients/ business partners as well as handle services & product enquiries;
Prepare routine reports and provide daily supports for internal and business partners;
Provide support in organizing sales initiatives, business events, marketing activities and promotional campaigns;
Develop good working relationship with business partners;
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned;
Obtain and maintain license as an individual insurance agent of Blue Cross with the Insurance Authority, and, where necessary, upon successful licensing as individual insurance agent with the Insurance Authority, advise on or arrange contracts of insurance or carry on regulated activity
Job Requirements
University degree, Diploma in insurance or related disciplines;
Relevant working experience in General Insurance is preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered;
Positive, self-initiated team player with good learning attitude;
Ability to work under pressure and independently;
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in reporting skill is preferred
Others:
Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and the minimum education and qualifications requirements, including but not limited to passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 [subject to the regulated activities to be conducted];
Qualified IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or other related professional insurance qualifications an advantage
