Job Title: Business Development Associate (Lead Generation)

Location: Lahore

Timings: 05:00PM to 02:00AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

An entry-level seat in business development, focused on building the top of our sales funnel through LinkedIn. You will find and open conversations with decision makers across industries and geographies, and you will keep the LinkedIn profiles you prospect from active and credible so that outreach lands warmer. Managed IT services is one segment of our target market. The industry focus will shift as we test others.

This is a learning role by design. The first months are about research discipline, message quality, and volume. Wider business development responsibility follows once that foundation is in place.

Responsibilities:

• Build target prospect lists on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and standard search, filtered by role, industry, company size, and region

• Identify the right decision makers per segment: owners, founders, directors, VPs, and department heads

• Research each prospect and their company before reaching out, including recent posts, announcements, and role changes

• Write and send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages, built for the individual and not pasted from a template
• Post relevant content, reshare, and comment from the same LinkedIn profiles used for prospecting, so prospects encounter an active professional before the first message arrives
• Log every touch, reply, and outcome in the CRM or tracker provided, so the team can see what is working
• Keep prospect data clean and free of duplicates, with correct source and status on every record
• Hand warm conversations to senior business development along with the context behind them
• Report weekly on connection requests sent, acceptance rate, replies, and conversations passed on

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Written English strong enough that a business owner in the US, UK, or Gulf reads your message without noticing it was written offshore. This is the hardest filter on the role

• Comfortable using LinkedIn as a working tool, beyond maintaining a personal profile

• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets: filtering, deduplication, basic formulas

• Curiosity about how different industries operate, since the target list changes as segments change

• Patience with volume work and with being ignored, which is the normal condition of outreach

• Available for a shift that overlaps US business hours
