Job Description

We are seeking a motivated fresher to join our Business Development team as a Pre-sales Associate. In this entry-level role, you will support the sales cycle by researching prospects, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and assisting in client demos. This is a great opportunity to learn sales strategies, client engagement, and business tools while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Qualify leads by initial outreach via calls, emails, and social media to understand client needs.

● Assist in scheduling demos, client meetings, and follow-ups to support the sales team.

● Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems.

● Collaboration with product team and team lead to gather information for client queries.

● Participate in team meetings to learn sales techniques and market trends.

● Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and outreach.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

● Strong communication skills verbal in English.

● Enthusiastic, proactive learner with excellent time management and a results-oriented mindset.

● No prior experience required—training provided.
