
The Business Development Associate is a part of the Business Development team and is responsible for implementing the strategic sales plans for all non-summer programs, including:
Success in this role is measured by the ability to effectively promote and sell the Frost Valley experience to schools, groups, and families. The Associate will focus on proactive customer outreach, lead generation, and relationship management to ensure that non-summer programs meet or exceed departmental revenue goals. The Business Development Associate is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service, supporting the mission of the Business Development Department, the YMCA, and Frost Valley as a whole—while meeting the expectations of both staff and guests.

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $90,000
This position is remote, but is required to be onsite at Frost Valley for 2 annual meetings.
