Job Description

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM to 6 PM

We are looking for a smart, hungry, and tech-curious Business Development Associate to help generate, manage, and close local and international business opportunities for AI, robotics, automation, and software services.

The selected candidate will work directly with the founder and support the company in building sales processes from scratch, managing outreach, speaking with clients, understanding requirements, and coordinating with technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving AI startup and is excited to build a long-term career in technology sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Generate local and international business opportunities for AI, robotics, automation, and software services.
  • Identify potential clients across local and international markets including the US, UK, UAE, and other regions.
  • Support lead generation, prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and client conversion activities.
  • Help build and improve sales workflows, outreach systems, and business development processes.
  • Work closely with the founder to develop practical sales strategies for business growth.

Client Communication & Discovery

  • Communicate professionally with local and international clients.
  • Handle discovery calls to understand client requirements, challenges, and business needs.
  • Explain company services in a clear, confident, and business-focused manner.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and active leads.
  • Support client handling throughout the early sales cycle until closure.

Service Understanding & Technical Coordination

  • Develop a basic understanding of AI, robotics, automation, web/mobile development, ERP/POS, and AI outsourcing services.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope, timelines, and service feasibility.
  • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs for technical discussion.
  • Support proposal preparation, requirement gathering, and client coordination.

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, client conversations, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Track outreach activities, client responses, and deal progress.
  • Share regular updates with the founder regarding pipeline status and potential opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach quality, client targeting, and closing process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, outreach, or client communication will be preferred.
  • Fresh or early-career candidates with strong communication skills, learning ability, and a sales mindset may also be considered.
  • Must be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Must be willing to learn about AI, software services, automation, and technology-based solutions.
