  • Partner across the global division including with colleagues in Asia and the US, contributing to a connected, international distribution strategy

  • Proactively identify opportunities, conduct market and investor research, and support conversion of prospects into mandates

This is a proactive, sales-driven role — ideal for someone with a sales mindset who thrives on momentum, accountability and delivering outcomes.

About You

You are commercially minded, highly organised, detail oriented and energised by being close to the action in a sales environment. You anticipate needs, think ahead and take ownership of outcomes.

  • Background in real assets, private markets or funds management

  • Familiarity with investor research tools and market intelligence platforms

  • A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for growth and outcomes

Why join?

  • Work in a connected, high-performing team that genuinely supports each other

  • Gain exposure to global markets developing deeper knowledge on Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

  • Be part of a growth-focused, sales-driven culture where your contribution directly impacts results
