Alaro City is a joint venture between Rendeavour, the largest new city and industrial park builder in Africa, and the Lagos State Government. It is one of the fastest growing real estate and urban development projects in Nigeria. It is conceived on 2,000 hectares of land and has areas for offices, logistics and warehousing, homes, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, entertainment and 150 hectares of parks and open spaces.
Located in the North West Quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone, Alaro City is ideally situated on the Lekki-Epe Expressway for ease of transportation to Lagos or towards the rest of Nigeria.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends in urban development, real estate markets, and potential investment opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies, market gaps, and new technologies to inform business strategy.
· Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through networking, industry events, and market outreach. Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, local government officials, and other key stakeholders.
· Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the urban development and real estate industries, including architects, contractors, city planners, and financiers.
· Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for new projects. Present development opportunities to potential partners and investors.
· Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to ensure the smooth transition of business development initiatives into the project execution phase. Ensure alignment of development goals and objectives.
· Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating terms, agreements, and contracts for new business ventures and partnerships.
· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and repeat opportunities.
· Sales Support: Provide support for sales teams, including identifying prospects, creating sales strategies, and assisting with market outreach efforts.
· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, project pipelines, and client interactions using the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce). Prepare regular reports on progress, sales forecasts, and market conditions.
