Job Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Projects: Maintain project roadmaps, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Executive Decision-Making: Prepare concise executive briefings, synthesize meeting minutes, and manage action trackers to drive clear and timely decisions from leadership.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and accountable for follow-through.
• Contribute to Business Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, competitors, and emerging technologies. Synthesize your findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Establish Operational Excellence: Design and implement project timelines, map dependencies, and establish a recurring governance cadence to create a predictable and efficient operating rhythm.
• Build Project Infrastructure: Develop and manage project infrastructure, including shared workspaces, documentation templates, and access controls, to enable seamless collaboration.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, or a related strategic role.
• Languages: Business-level proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential. Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, etc.).
• Key Attributes:
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • A hypothesis-driven thinker with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Naturally curious about technology and comfortable applying new tools, including AI, to enhance productivity.
