
We seek a highly motivated and smart BDA with 6 months to 2 years of experience, particularly in the IT solutions sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing sales documentation, preparing sales reports, and updating CRM systems.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and address any operational issues promptly.
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Segment email lists based on target demographics and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content and track campaign effectiveness.

Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to generate interest in our IT solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems.

Assist in the planning and management of sales meetings at various territories to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes to increase efficiency.
Assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations.
Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in sales operations.
Liaise between the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the IT solutions industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
