Job Description

Marcus Evans, founded in 1983, is a global leader in business intelligence. Our Private Wealth Management (PWM) Summit is one of our flagship global brands - an exclusive, invitation-only forum where private investors (Single and Multi-Family Offices) meet to stress-test investment mandates.

We are seeking finance-minded graduates to join our Private Markets Strategic Partnerships team. This is a high-impact, junior role designed for those looking to build a career at the intersection of Finance and Strategic Marketing. You will not be "selling"; instead, you will be the engine of our market intelligence, identifying and profiling the specific Family Office executives and CIOs who define the private markets.

This is a junior position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office, supporting our US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Family Office Profiling: Conduct deep-dive research into the North American private wealth landscape to identify Principals and CIOs at Single and Multi-Family Offices (SFO/MFO).

  • Investment Mandate Mapping: Analyze summit themes (e.g., Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Digital Assets) to identify the institutional investors actively looking for these allocations.

  • Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Design and execute sophisticated, data-driven outreach campaigns (Direct Mail & Email) that speak the language of C-suite investment professionals.

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Work directly with the North American Delegate Sales team to build high-prestige prospect pipelines, ensuring our summits maintain their "elite-only" status.

  • CRM Intelligence: Master HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to map the complex networks of the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A recognized degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, or a related analytical field is highly preferred.

  • Market Curiosity: A genuine interest in the Private Markets, Private Equity, and how Family Offices manage wealth across generations.

  • Analytical Rigor: Excellent research abilities with the ability to "connect the dots" between an investment trend and the executive managing it.

  • Communication: Native-level or excellent English language skills with the ability to draft professional, high-level business correspondence.

  • Performance Driven: A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where your research directly impacts the success of a multi-million dollar event brand.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Foundational Finance Training: Gain a "Masterclass" understanding of the US Private Wealth market—knowledge that is highly transferable to Investment Banking, PE, or Wealth Management roles.

  • Professional Mentoring: Continuous on-the-job training and a clear career path into Senior Strategic Partnerships or Delegate Sales.

  • Global Networking: Build an understanding of the decision-making process of Fortune 1000 and UHNW executives.

  • Compensation: Attractive basic salary and a commission package tied to the success of your outreach campaigns.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.
