IGL 4 Us is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX.

In this role, you will support business development activities, help identify potential growth opportunities, assist with client communication, and work closely with the team to support ongoing business initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop strong skills in business development, communication, sales support, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business development activities and outreach initiatives.
• Help identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and business materials.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and business opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-ups and help maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with management and other team members on growth initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and business development activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support when needed.
• Contribute ideas that may help improve client engagement and business growth
