Compensation:

New hires for this position typically start between$111,706 and $148,941annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity,and market conditions While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you'll do
The Business Development & Strategic Growth Manager drives revenue growth and diversification for Pioneer Industries by leading sales, marketing, and customer acquisition efforts. This role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business, analyzing markets, and reducing customer concentration risk. It also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet production and delivery goals, overseeing contracts and negotiations, and improving estimating and proposal processes.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Technology, Management, Business Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Sales, Operations, or Engineering, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Experience supporting or leading pursuits for mid- to large-scale business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company-approved driving and insurability requirements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% domestically, with limited international travel.

Preferably you'll bring

  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.
