Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Enablement & Client Acquisition Support

· Develop world-class sales presentations, pitch decks, RFP responses, and proposals for global clients (US, AU, UK markets preferred).

· Partner closely with Business Development and Operations teams to support enterprise and mid-market client acquisition.

· Convert operational strengths (e.g., cost efficiency, scalability, quality metrics) into compelling value propositions.

· Create customized presentations for industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, telecom, and customer service outsourcing.

· Support client meetings, demos, and sales pitches as needed.

2. Market Research & Industry Studies

· Conduct BPO industry research, including:

o Outsourcing trends

o Global labor arbitrage insights

o Competitor benchmarking (local and offshore providers)

o Pricing and service models

· Develop whitepapers, case studies, and market intelligence reports to position the company as a thought leader.

· Analyze target markets (e.g., US SMEs vs enterprise clients) and identify growth opportunities.

· Present strategic insights to leadership to support expansion and service offerings.

3. Website & Digital Marketing Management

· Own and manage the company website with focus on:

o Lead generation & conversion optimization

o SEO targeting outsourcing keywords (e.g., “BPO Philippines”, “customer support outsourcing”)

· Update website content regularly to showcase:

o Services (voice, non-voice, back-office, IT support)

o Case studies and success metrics (CSAT, SLA achievements)

o Client testimonials and industries served

· Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize user journey.

· Manage landing pages for campaigns and inbound marketing efforts.

4. Company Portfolio & Capability Decks

· Develop and maintain a strong company portfolio and capability deck highlighting:

o Service offerings (Customer Experience, Back Office, IT/BPM, etc.)

o Operational excellence (KPIs, SLAs, quality assurance)

o Infrastructure and technology stack

o Talent and recruitment strength

· Create industry-specific decks tailored to client verticals.

· Ensure all materials reflect global standards and can compete with top-tier BPO providers.

5. Content Development & Sample Work

· Produce high-quality marketing materials and sample outputs, including:

o Case studies showcasing measurable results (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains)

o Campaign concepts targeting international clients

o Thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers)

· Maintain a repository of best-in-class sales and marketing assets.

· Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and materials.

6. Campaign Management & Lead Generation

· Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting international clients.

· Support outbound and inbound strategies including:

o LinkedIn marketing

o Email campaigns

o Paid ads (Google, LinkedIn)

· Align marketing campaigns with Business Development goals.

· Track and report on campaign performance, leads generated, and ROI.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

· Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least:

o 2–3 years in the BPO or outsourcing industry (highly preferred)

· Proven experience supporting B2B sales and global clients

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong expertise in sales presentations and pitch development (critical requirement)

· Deep understanding of BPO services, operations, and industry trends

· Advanced skills in:

o PowerPoint / Google Slides (executive-level decks)

o CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

o Marketing analytics tools

· Excellent business storytelling and proposal writing skills

· Ability to translate operational data into client-friendly messaging

· Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating BPO-related or B2B marketing work:

1. Sales Presentations (Required)

· 2–3 outsourcing/BPO pitch decks or client proposals

· Must show ability to communicate service value and differentiation

· Sample reports or analyses (preferably BPO, outsourcing, or global services)

3. Website/Content Work

· Links or screenshots of managed websites, landing pages, or SEO-driven content

4. Company Portfolio / Capability Deck

· Sample company profile or service portfolio (BPO preferred)

5. Case Studies / Campaign Samples (Highly Preferred)

· Examples showing measurable impact (e.g., reduced cost, improved CSAT, increased efficiency)
