​​For over 30 years, we’ve brought our artistry to the world’s creative industries, including film and television, immersive experiences, game development, consumer products and more.

Our Immersive Experiences team are looking for a Business Development and Client Relationship Coordinator to help us continue to grow the division.

This role supports the growth of the Immersive Experiences division, with a particular focus on the China and Middle East markets, helping build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the delivery of location-based immersive projects.

The role involves coordinating communication between clients and internal project teams, assisting with business development activities such as RFP responses and vendor registration, and supporting project administration including quotes, agreements, invoicing, and reporting. The position also provides translation and interpretation support across commercial, creative, and technical discussions.

This role involves some travel, particularly to China, to support client meetings.

To be successful in the role, we need someone who brings:

  • Experience supporting business development, client relationships, and project coordination
  • The ability to interpret and translate between English and Mandarin in professional business settings.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across commercial, creative, and technical teams
  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, reports, presentations, and project administration documentation
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with Chinese clients or partners, with an understanding of Chinese business culture
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS tools

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) role, based in Miramar, Wellington.

The salary band for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 per annum.
