Sitting within the broader growth team, the Client Discovery Team acts as the “front door” of Anthesis and has a unique viewpoint across all business lines and insight to the full portfolio of services that Anthesis offers. The core responsibility of Client Discovery Team is to qualify inbound leads, identify prospective clients and conduct targeted outreach as part of the critical initial stage of our business development process. This includes targeted outreach to prospective clients, undertaking timely research on new leads, tracking lead data in our CRM, supporting proposal and RFP processes, engaging with wider growth and consulting teams within our business and building and maintaining useful resources and networks to make the business development process more efficient and effective. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative coordination, diligence and the willingness to work across global time zones with Anthesis colleagues working around the world.
