Job Description

About the Client:

Frontall is building out its government bidding department and is looking for a Business Development Analyst to become the active point of contact between Frontall and the public agencies it targets.

About the Role:

This role owns outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building with procurement contacts and hiring managers, directly addressing the local presence and reference base that evaluators consistently weigh when awarding contracts.

Work Arrangement: On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active outreach and recurring follow-up by email and phone with priority public agencies, including agencies that historically do not respond on first contact.
  • Test and formalize, with leadership approval, a direct-contact approach to hiring managers or department contacts within agencies where Frontall already holds an active contract, while respecting each agency's formal procurement channel.
  • Support the recruitment team's outreach to agencies already identified as having open positions within the scope of Frontall's current government contract.
  • Build ongoing, relationship-based contact with priority agencies rather than relying on one-off transactional outreach, since local presence and references have been identified as decisive factors in proposal evaluations.
  • Maintain an organized record of all agency relationships and outreach history using a CRM or tracking spreadsheet.
  • Feed field intelligence back to the Bidding Coordinator, including what agencies are asking for and signals of upcoming opportunities, to help prioritize the pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2G sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Advanced written and spoken English, sufficient for direct and professional communication with U.S. public-sector contacts.
  • Persistent and organized profile, comfortable managing a high volume of recurring outreach and follow-up.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with U.S. public procurement processes.
  • Prior experience in staffing, BPO, or public-sector service delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support outreach, research, and relationship management.
