Urgent Hiring:

Role: Business Development Analyst

Location: Pasig and Gilmore Quezon City

Qualifications:

College Degree any course

Good English communication skills.

Experience in Data Scrubbing and Analysis.

Knows how interpret and identify data.

Must have experience/knowledge in conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and understanding client needs.

Background in SEO&SEM analytics is a plus

The Business Development Analyst plays a key role in identifying, evaluating and executing business growth opportunities. This position requires strategic thinking, data analysis and effective communication to drive business expansion.



JOB DESRIPTION/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Market Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor profiling and customer segmentation to inform business development strategies.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze financials, market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
3. Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases, including market analysis, financial projections and risk assessments.
4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
5. Opportunity Identification: Identify potential partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures or new business initiatives.
6. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential opportunities, assessing risks and potential returns.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders and external partners.
8. Project Management: Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
9. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking or private equity
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and data visualization tools
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
6. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and industry knowledge
7. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
8. Certifications: MBA, CFA or other relevant certifications (desirable)
