Business Development (Advisory) Banking Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a
highly influential senior professional from the banking industry, ideally an
ex-CIO or senior banker, to drive business development initiatives in
Thailands financial sector. This role focuses on leveraging deep industry
knowledge and networks to open doors, build trusted relationships, and create
opportunities with leading banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development
  efforts by engaging with senior executives and decision-makers across the
  banking and financial services sector
• Leverage existing networks
  and reputation to establish new partnerships and expand client
  relationships
• Identify opportunities for
  collaboration in areas such as digital transformation, core banking
  modernization, payments, fintech partnerships, and IT services
• Provide market insights,
  competitive intelligence, and strategic input to strengthen proposals and
  go-to-market strategies
• Represent the company at
  industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings to build brand
  presence and credibility
• Work closely with internal
  teams to align business development activities with service delivery and
  client expectations

Qualifications

• Thai national with at least
  10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking sector (CIO, CTO,
  COO, or senior executive level)
• Strong reputation and proven
  influence within Thailands banking community
• Extensive network of contacts
  across banks, financial institutions, and regulators
• Solid understanding of
  banking operations, technology trends, and regulatory environment in
  Thailand
• Exceptional
  relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Business-driven mindset with
  the ability to generate and close high-value opportunities
