Duties and Responsibilities
Hunt:Acquirenew clients; negotiate and sellNextMoveservicestofleet operators, automotive ecosystem companies, marketplaces, DMS platforms, and other areas thatcould bebenefitfrominnovative toll services.
Grow:Maximize revenue from existingcustomersby building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Cross-sell and upselladditionalproductsand services tocustomers, when applicable
Deliver results:Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and goals on a consistent basis
PersuasiveAdvisor:Strategically andproactivelyworkopportunitiesto help them understand which options or solutionsare applicableto their situation,demonstratinga proficiencyinthe tolling industry and howour products and servicesaddresspain points
CRM:Consistently documentaccountactivity in Salesforce
Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with all key internalstakeholders
Transparency: Be proactive in communicating opportunities andset expectationswithinternalteam.
What will it take to succeedatthis role?
5+ yearsdemonstratedsuccessofselling products or services tofleetsof more than 200 vehicles Deep knowledge of fleetindustry trends andpain points.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-levelexecutives.
Strong workethicand greatattitudewithhigh levelsof energy, proactivity, professionalism,andhealthycompetitiveness, with a team-oriented approach to winning
Technical acumen: Comfort in understandingthe technical limitationsof, and ability to sell past,the toll industry, products, competitors, andalternatives.
Strong listening skills, speaking directly to customer pains and objections
Experience withSalesforceCRM, includingmaintainingdiligent account/opportunity/lead updates, notes, and next steps.
Comfort delivering product demosin person and via videoconferencing,and “knowing what youdon’tknow.”
Customer-centric viewwhen working withinternalteam,identifyingspecific pain points and desired outcomes
Professional writing and communication skillstointernal and external customers
Ability to understand, differentiate, and articulate what makes our solutionsunique vs.others in the industry.
