Principal Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with relationship teams in the GIFT City.
• Relevant experience is Cash Management sales covering Corporates, Financial Institutions, Banks and Fintech’s, etc. Relevant experience in cross-border transactions, Nostro, Vostro clearing, compliance policies, FEMA and other regulations. Understanding of recent trends in regional treasury centres, cash pooling structures, cross-border trade, Fintech business models and technologies.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for FI’s in India and GIFT City
• Develop and own sales plan for NTB and GNTB clients in the region as per the given targets.
• Develop and own client plans for retention and cross-sell opportunities in the region
• Proven track record of executing business plans and achieving targets
• Accountable for Financial performance for the portfolio
• Account planning for all key accounts in the area with deliverables agreed with coverage team; periodic review of progress against account plans
• Assume practice leadership as assigned (e.g. Sales process, Solutioning, marketing etc.). Design and develop product solutions in collaboration with product and regional sales teams
• Execute governance process with the leadership of the Bank
• Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices
• On site thought leadership role to coordinate on behalf of INM GPS sales leadership and the regional leadership team

External Qualifications/Requirements

Post graduate with at least 7 -15 years of post-qualification experience with proven track record in the domain of cash management and FI Sales.
