Greenvolt Comunidades is seeking a Business Developer Trainee to join its team in promoting, implementing, and managing collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects.

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially in preparing presentations and reports to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will take on the following tasks as part of the outlined mission:

• Collaborate with the technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals and support their negotiation.
• Update databases with new clients, sales activities, or relevant commercial information.
• Assist in preparing commercial reports and analyzing trends and results.
• Collect and maintain necessary information and documentation for the commercial process.
• Develop commercial activities in line with the company’s business processes, including the use of CRM and sales support systems.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the company’s solutions in alignment with strategic guidelines.
• Support the preparation of meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products and services, exploring business opportunities.

Requirements

The candidate should demonstrate:

• A proactive, focused personality with a “make it happen” attitude.
• Agility and the ability to adapt quickly to uncertain situations.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM and sales management systems (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English.
