This Southeast Asia–based role will play a key part in developing regional business opportunities, expanding the company's commercial presence, and building strong partnerships with automotive industry professionals.
The Business Developer – Southeast Asia will play a key role in driving the company’s commercial expansion across the region.
Working with a high level of autonomy and proactivity, you will identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with distributors, garages, workshops, and other professional automotive clients across Southeast Asia.
With a results-oriented mindset, you will implement targeted commercial strategies to increase sales volumes and strengthen the company’s market presence in the region.
By understanding clients’ needs and market dynamics, you will build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and automotive professionals, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and support the company’s regional expansion strategy.
Representing the company externally, you will participate in industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings to strengthen brand visibility and expand the professional network across the region.
Finally, you will ensure structured reporting of commercial activities, maintain CRM updates, and provide market insights to support strategic decision-making.
You hold a Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
You bring experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, ideally within the tire industry
You have demonstrated the ability to develop new markets, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver measurable sales results in an international environment.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working within multicultural teams.
You are based in Southeast Asia and willing to travel frequently across the region to develop business opportunities.
