We are looking for a Business Developer / Sales Manager who combines commercial drive with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and developing innovative energy solutions.
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire business development and sales journey – from identifying opportunities and building relationships to negotiating agreements and creating long-term customer value.
As a Business Developer / Sales Manager, you will identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the Swedish industrial market.
Working closely with customers and colleagues across technical, operational and financial disciplines, you will develop solutions that create both business value and environmental benefits.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct customer needs analyses and develop business cases
Prepare and present commercial proposals
Lead negotiations and drive opportunities through to contract signing
Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Represent Adven at industry events and conferences
You are a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional with a passion for creating value through innovative solutions and long-term partnerships.
We believe you have:
A degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
At least five years of experience in B2B solution sales, business development or consultative selling
Experience managing complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to engage with senior decision-makers and executive leadership teams
Experience from industrial operations, energy solutions or other technical industries is an advantage.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing.
