
At Maria Nila Export Department, We are looking for an entrepreneurial and internationally minded International Business Developper to support the expansion of our professional haircare business across existing countries and emerging markets.
What is the role about ?
The role is focused on opening new markets, identifying and onboarding distributors, accelerating strategic growth opportunities and supporting the long-term international expansion of the brand.
YOUR MISSION
To drive International Expansion Pipeline and structure the company’s international growth by identifying new markets, build and manage Distributor Relationships generating sustainable business opportunities, and strengthening the group’s presence with international existing clients and partners.
YOUR ROLE
Partner & Network Management
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
Build, manage, and animate a network of distributors
Support partners in executing local commercial strategies
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with group objectives
Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and develop new international clients, distributors, and strategic partners
Lead negotiations and close export sales contracts
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, education)
Coordinate logistics, customs, and contractual aspects of export operations
Represent the group at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events
WHAT YOU BRING
2-3+ years as a sales driver on a national market or export markets
A real view of team work and KPI oriented
Global perspective and curiosity and solution oriented
English – full professional proficiency.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.

You’ll partner day-to-day with your Business developer colleagues, work closely with the marketing lead and collaborate with education leads, and will be included on all meetings, discussions on prestige retail, development.
