The North Search International Human Capital Consultant will play a vital role in enabling the organization’s strategic core business through developing and cultivating external talent acquisition. You will partner up with our leadership team to support searches and advise on designing and implementing solutions that will answer client needs.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates and clients across a variety of countries/locations in different industries.
• Design and activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact pipelines of talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates, and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfillment of positions in a timely manner.
• Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness.
• Determine the best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, and job boards, to deliver top-notch candidates in an efficient and effective manner.
• Support optimization initiatives of recruiting process/tools/systems.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service.

Who You Are

• Experience in recruitment within corporate or consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Able to be a master in recruiting technologies, such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other related systems and tactics
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills
• Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter
• Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across our company, candidates, and clients through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards
