About the Company:

Hiring for a company that focuses on empowering investors with informed decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-firm clients—retail investors, HNIs, and corporates—and open trading accounts

• Cross-sell investment products: equities, mutual funds, margin financing, IPOs, and fixed income

• Build and manage a client pipeline while consistently hitting monthly/quarterly targets

• Guide clients through onboarding and provide ongoing portfolio support

• Represent the YH Securities brand professionally in client meetings and in the field

• Own client acquisition and revenue targets for your assigned territory

• Build and grow a high-value book of retail and HNI clients

• Coordinate with our dealing, research, and operations teams to deliver top-tier client service

• Mentor and support junior BD officers

• Contribute to territory-level sales strategy, with a clear path to a Regional Manager role

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Other Details:

• Experience:2–5 years of sales/BD experience,
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Work Timing: 9:am - 5pm
•  Location: I.I Chundrigar Rd, Lalazar, Karachi
