Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Support the business development team in reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with client information and interactions.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align BD efforts with campaigns.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to suggest growth strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the BD team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
• Eagerness to learn about sales, partnerships, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
