About the Team:

The Electronics & Books team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Support

- Conduct research to identify and qualify new Home and Electronics brands for onboarding

- Support the outreach and engagement process with prospective brands (similar to SDR work)

- Assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates

- Help prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reports

Creator Outreach & Campaign Coordination

- Support outreach to creators on behalf of TikTok Shop Home and Electronics brands

- Help coordinate creator seeding and sampling efforts

- Manage campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reporting

- Match brands with relevant creators in collaboration with the partnerships team
