As a sales specialist with a focus on business development, you will be the person who opens the door to our future customers. You will chase new business, build relationships from the first hello and take customers all the way to a signed agreement.

This is a role for you if you are a person who loves turning something cold into a warm, long-lasting relationship 🔥 If you love to learn about your employer (company industry, its way of working, its values and goals) and then demonstrate the business value of the company (and its technical consultants) to a customer, then we want to speak to you!

You will work closely with a team of driven colleagues in sales, marketing and service delivery, and will have our CCO as a sounding board and coach in the big deals. With us, the path from idea to action is short; if you have a good idea, we test it.

Examples of potential tasks:

• Identifying and processing new & exciting prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and events
• Receiving and qualifying leads from our marketing and partner team
• Booking and running first meetings with decision-makers and getting them curious about Xenit
• Driving deals from first contact, to quote and closing
• Keeping your pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM system and encouraging the team at our joint sales meetings
• Handing over new customers to our account managers and remaining a reliable contact until the relationship is solid

C O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H ?

We believe our next Business Developer has:

• A solid few years of experience in B2B sales and proven experience in chasing new deals
• Skills in relationship building - someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make the first contact
• A genuine interest in IT (Cloud, Modern Work, Data & Analytics)
• A structured and organised approach, so that the sales process works seamlessly
• The ability to drive your own business independently, but also work well in a team

It is a bonus if you have:

• A history of working in IT organisations (understanding sales/business development within the cloud, modern work or data sectors)
• A background working in consulting organisations

We also believe that you are a person who:

• Acts on their own initiative, makes things happen and takes responsibility for their work
• Has a "fire in their belly" or a passion for what they do every day
• Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences in order to support colleagues in reaching common goals
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do 💕
