As a Business Developer, you will be at the heart of our Out-of-Home business in Croatia, working closely with distributors and customers to grow a portfolio of trusted brands and innovative solutions, including NESCAFÉ®, Buondi®, Roastelier® and other Nestlé Professional solutions

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drive sustainable business growth across the Out-of-Home channel.
  • Build and develop long-term partnerships with distributors, operators and key customers.
  • Deliver agreed sales, volume and Net Sales targets for assigned customers and territories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maximizing growth within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships, improve execution and uncover opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure excellent execution and achievement of agreed business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Lead customer negotiations and support the development and execution of commercial plans.
  • Ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives, activations and business development projects.
  • Manage trade investments and business resources responsibly to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor equipment placement, stock levels and operational efficiency in the field.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
  • Ensure timely reporting, administrative excellence and accurate business documentation.

What will make you successful?

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or another commercial role.
  • Experience in the HoReCa, coffee, beverage, foodservice or FMCG industry would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Valid B category driving license.
