We are offering challenging position for Business Developer to join our internal Team in Belgrade!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and target potential clients across various sectors who could benefit from our staffing and HR solutions
• Initiate contact, conduct introductory meetings, and develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Hiring Managers, etc.)
• Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business contracts
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform our business strategy

Expectations:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• 5+ years of successful business development/outside sales experience, preferably within the HR services, staffing, or recruiting industry
• A strong drive to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and grow a pipeline from scratch
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, outgoing personality
• A highly organized, independent, and resilient work ethic
