About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative III (BDR III) to lead end-to-end sales and partnership development efforts. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—while maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profit (NGP), and customer satisfaction

You will act as a strategic partner to vendors and customers, building strong relationships, driving growth initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level sales professional to expand their influence, develop leadership capabilities, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

At TD SYNNEX, we empower our people to grow their careers while working alongside leading technology partners in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities aligned with company and vendor strategies
  • Maximize revenue growth, Net Gross Profit (NGP), and customer satisfaction across accounts

Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring alignment on business objectives and delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Leverage negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial, profitable agreements

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Track, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward targets
  • Monitor and manage the profit and loss (P&L) aspects of deals to ensure financial success
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and updates on vendor-related activities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously explore new approaches to expand business and increase market presence

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME), delivering vendor training and enabling internal sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to drive coordinated execution
  • Provide guidance and support to peers on complex sales challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to team development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and deal negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with vendors, channel partners, or technology distribution models
  • Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive profitability

Key Skills

  • Business development and full-cycle sales expertise
  • Financial acumen (P&L management, margin optimization)
  • Relationship-building and negotiation
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
