We are looking for a BizDev - Gaming Specialist to drive gaming partnerships for growth. Identify trends, negotiate deals, and tailor solutions for gaming audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to promote our blockchain-based gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, gaming industry knowledge, strong business development skills, and a proven track record in the tech or gaming sectors.

To be an ideal candidate, you should drive growth and expand our presence in the gaming industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop relationships with gaming companies, developers, and influencers. This role requires a deep understanding of both the cryptocurrency and gaming industries, as well as strong networking and strategic thinking skills to effectively bridge the gap between these dynamic fields.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets within the blockchain gaming sector.

  • Identify and prioritize potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities in the gaming industry.

• Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, game developers, publishers, and other stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and collaborations to expand the company's presence in the blockchain gaming market.

• Gaming Project Management:

  • Oversee the development and launch of blockchain-based gaming projects.

  • Collaborate with game developers to ensure successful integration of blockchain technology into gaming platforms.

• Marketing Strategy:

  • Work with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote blockchain gaming products and services.

  • Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and in-game advertisements, to attract and engage gamers.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the gaming industry.

  • Analyze market data to inform business strategies and marketing efforts.

• Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell blockchain gaming solutions.

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.

• Event Management:

  • Organize and participate in industry events, gaming conventions, and webinars to showcase the company's blockchain gaming expertise.

  • Represent the company at networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Essential Requirements and Skills

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the gaming or blockchain industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and their applications in gaming.

  • Knowledge of game development processes and gaming platforms.

• Marketing Skills:
