The international IT company Intetics is looking for a Business / Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team.

The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing enterprise data, developing analytical models, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and analytical solutions that support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and analytical specifications.
• Analyze and profile enterprise data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical models.
• Perform forecasting, scenario modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Validate dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience gathering business requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Experience using Python or R for analytical tasks.
• Experience with data profiling and data quality assessment.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scenario modeling, or statistical analysis.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Finance, or Budgeting analytics.
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations or sensitivity analysis.
• Experience prototyping dashboards using Power BI.
