What you will do:

• Sales Onboarding & Systems Training: Play a key role in onboarding new sales employees
• Ongoing Sales Team SupportAct as a go-to resource for the sales team—answering questions, troubleshooting data issues, and helping them better utilize tools and dashboards in their day-to-day work.
• Build & Maintain DashboardsCreate and manage Power BI dashboards to track sales performance, customer activity, and key business KPIs.
• Analyze Business TrendsReview historical sales data, customer behavior, and inventory patterns to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Partner Across the BusinessWork with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis & ReportingUse advanced Excel and other tools to automate reporting and answer business questions quickly.
• Support Digital & Omnichannel GrowthHelp drive adoption of Cooper’s digital tools and support broader digital transformation initiatives.

What you will bring:

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)

• Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams

• Strong curiosity — someone who asks “why” and wants to dig deeper

• Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations for onboarding and training support

• Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• This job is performed in an office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Ability to read, write, and
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Some travel to Branch locations

Salary Range: Varies based on experience.

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Work Hours: M-F, 8am - 5 pm
